@Marketing_Wakaz 

 

Basically, your WhatsApp business account number should not be connected anywhere else before connecting it to HubSpot you have to disconnect it from wherever it is connected now.

to able to connect Whatsapp business with your HubSpot portal

you need first to uninstall it from all devices/app/phones.

Does uninstalling/disconnecting mean removing WhatsApp from the Facebook Business Suite, specifically from Facebook and Instagram?

Is it possible to import my old WhatsApp chat history into the CRM after integration? If so, could you please share the process or any necessary steps to achieve this?

Hi @Marketing_Wakaz 

so when you delete the app all history is lost

but you can build a manual excel file with your conversations and import that

or log it into contacts manually.

But there is no current sync for this from Facebook/Whatsapp itself.

Only new messages after you connect your WhatsApp Business Account will sync to HubSpot. Historical conversations will not be synced to Know more kindly check this article here

Hey @Marketing_Wakaz 

 

The phone number you use must not be connected to another WhatsApp account, WhatsApp for Business App, or another WhatsApp integration. If the number is already associated with another WhatsApp account, you must first disconnect it before connecting it to HubSpot.
