Basically, your WhatsApp business account number should not be connected anywhere else before connecting it to HubSpot you have to disconnect it from wherever it is connected now.

The phone number you use must not be connected to another WhatsApp account, WhatsApp for Business App, or another WhatsApp integration. If the number is already associated with another WhatsApp account, you must first disconnect it before connecting it to HubSpot.
