Trouble with Account Setup guide

Hi everyone, I'm trying to use the Account Setup user guide. I'm currently on the "Contact Record Properties" section. Each time I try to interact with the guide, once I do the first step the guide disappears, making it unable for me to know which further steps to take. Has anyone else had this problem, if so how did you combat this? Thanks!

Sometimes, cached data can cause issues with website functionality. Clearing your browser cache might help in this case. You can usually find this option in your browser settings under history or privacy settings.

Also, Ensure that your browser and any plugins/extensions you're using are up to date. Sometimes, outdated software can lead to unexpected behavior on websites.
