Trouble Integrating Emails

Hello, I am the superadmin user and I am trying to connect my inbox to the CRM but I keep getting the prompt that the username and password are incorrect. I have tried everything.. I have checked and rechecked my password to the email but nothing works. 

I dont use office 365 or Google. My current email provider is zoho mail.

Hi @spatwa,

 

If you are connecing your email via IMAP, you will need to put in the username/email/password for your inbox, not HubSpot.
