I couldn't find a section where I could report a bug, so I'm writing here. Since March 1, 2024, Kazakhstan switched to a single time zone, UTC+5. The calendar still shows UTC+6. Please forward this to the development team to fix it.
Hi @monolithed! Welcome to the Community-- happy to have you here 😊
Thank you for bringing this to the Community so other members in your region can have visibility to this change as well. I understand Kazakhstan no longer recognizes daylight savings, so these regions are now under time zone, UTC+5. I spoke to our internal team and the library that we pull timezone data from has updated this, but we are not able to update the library version at this time.
We do apologize for any inconvenience this has caused with your scheduling. While waiting for the update, you can select the correct/current Kazahkstan timezone UTC +5:00 in the dropdown:
You could also manually verify with your contacts from their timezone when they schedule meetings via the meeting link.
We appreciate your understanding and please let me know if there is anything else I can clarify.
Best, Kennedy

It's not about how to set the time zone in the personal account, but rather in which time zone the client will accept the meeting. To simulate the user's behavior, I manually set the time zone through the developer settings and received an invitation in UTC+6. The problem is that every time I send a meeting request to a client from Kazakhstan, I need to set a reminder that the actual meeting time is different. Users unaware of this issue may lose clients.
Thank you for the feedback @monolithed! While this cannot be updated at the moment, I will connect with our Knowledge Base team to hopefully get some documentation updated regarding this feature. I appreciate your understanding and willingness to share your workaround in this thread!
Best, Kennedy
