[Timezone] Does it auto change over after switching to new time zone?

Hi, 

i got an issue regarding to time zone setting. Although we have switch timezone from GMT+7 to UTC -7 from last Thursday (Sep 22) -> we have checked it in the setting and it changed!, today i check it again in setting and the timezone it returns GTM +7? 

There is no change from the other super admin!

And this is the 2nd time. 

-> what is the problem?

 @DzungLương  The timezone setting cam ne changed under Settings>Account Defaults>Time Zone.

This is the only place that thie is changeable.  It may be that you changed the time zone and did not confirm that change, see screenshot below of the prompt that needs to be completed.
