Task reminders

SOLVE

The whole purpose of a CRM is to keep track of things and the default setting in tasks is to "no reminder" which is a BIG mistake

Thank Karsten but that doesn't help as that is only relative to creating a new task. If the task needs to be edited and diaried forward for further follow up it defaults to "No reminder".

Thanks for responding in any case. 

The system currently allows tasks to be overlooked  easily once edited which is a big flaw, as it makes no sense to have that default setting. If you expressly don't want a reminder you should change it, but the whole point of a CRM is to be reminded of your tasks and follow ups.

Hi @australiatravel,

 

You can change this behavior in the settings. Navigate to Settings > General > tab Tasks. Here you can set the default due date, due time and reminder:

You can also get there by clicking the Go to settings link at the bottom of the task creation sidebar:
