Sync from Google Contacts settings

Hi community,

First time user, first issue to ask about. One my team members is attempting to use the "Sync from Google Contacts" extension (or do we call it a plug-in?) but needed some sort of permission from the admin (me). I received the following message:

"I would like to connect Google Contacts to our HubSpot account, but need additional permissions. Can you enable the ones listed below?

• Contacts - CRM Settings Access - Property settings"

I know where to go to adjust user settings, but it's opaque to me which setting I need to change.

QUESTION: What setting do I need to change in order to allow this team member to use this feature?

Hi @SWinklerHelo,

You only need to edit/update the user's permission set in your HubSpot. I created this video to show you how to do that easily.

Thank you. The last bit of that video was what I needed. But I *think* all
I have to do is toggle "allow use to export data" and the "Sync from Google
Contacts" app should work for transfer of data both ways.

I'll let you know.
