Why was I suspended from using Hubspot services? I just started and dont understande reasons. Got next email:
"We weren’t able to verify your identity based on the answers provided. Access to activities such as emails, forms, and website pages will remain blocked. If you feel this decision was made in error, please reach out through community or support, if available."
I just cant understand the logic of it. I tried to register and use your services. Provided infrmation I was asked for. Didnt broke any rules, and you cant say a reason of the blocking me. Many troubles with hubspot right away since the start, other services are more friendly in that field.
This depends on your HubSpot subscription. On a free account, unfortunately, there isn't any way to appeal the suspension. For any other subscription tier, you can find the instructions in this knowledgebase article:
