Super administrator rights and privacy protection

 Hi,  I would like to know 1.whether all users, even if they are not super administrators, can see the information of all customers? and they can assign customers between members at will?

 2.Is it possible for every user to export and save all customer information to another place，If so, how do you keep our information secure

 3.What is the difference between a super administrator and an ordinary user? If we only want each ordinary user to see their own customer information and cannot assign customers, what  should we do?

Hi @LLang8,

There are permissions which you can set for each user: Edit user permissions

Regarding 1, this depends on the contact access permissions that you assign to your users:

View access can be disabled, as can editing permissions (needed to assign record ownership).

Regarding 2, further below you'll find import and export permissions. Keep in mind that users with import permissions can access and download previous imports.

Regarding 3, the main difference is that a super admin has all permissions. For all other users, you can specify what they can access or not: HubSpot user permissions guide
