Hi @LLang8,
There are permissions which you can set for each user: Edit user permissions
Regarding 1, this depends on the contact access permissions that you assign to your users:
View access can be disabled, as can editing permissions (needed to assign record ownership).
Regarding 2, further below you'll find import and export permissions. Keep in mind that users with import permissions can access and download previous imports.
Regarding 3, the main difference is that a super admin has all permissions. For all other users, you can specify what they can access or not: HubSpot user permissions guide
