Super Admin no longer working at our company and we can't use their email
I’ve recently started as a digital marketer at a company. We have three free accounts but unfortunately we don't have access to one of them. The person who's been working in the marketing departement before is the only Super Admin of that account but she's no longer working with us and her email account was disabled.
I got some advices from the community before and based on that, we reactivated the email address they used. Unfortunately they had two-factor authentication and we can no longer activate the phone number they had.
Is there any other way, any of the other admins/members of that account could get Super Admin access?
You can reset the 2FA on the account by clicking the Lost your authentication device? option.
If they were the only Super Admin, then HubSpot can reset your account, but it takes around 48 hours.
