Super Admin Restore Solution

Hello I created new user, for my self to test out. I accidently remove super admin from main account and problem is that I can 't log in to the newly created user account which I gave super admin. When I reset password for the newly created user, I get error, . "There was a problem" Sorry. We weren't able to process your code. This could be due to a web browser cache and cookies, disable all browser extensions like ad blockers, and try again, If you are having issues....... I've tried Google Chorme regular and Icognito, Safari on Mac, Edge, and Firefox on PC.
Cleared chache, cookies and allowed this website without blockers. I keep getting the same error. Please help
