Super Admin Can't Login

Hi,

Me and my mates (3 people) are using Hubspot Free Version and we recently created our account but the super admin can't login or reset password it shows error(see screenshot below)

and other 2 member are not admin so they can't create new user or edit their permission.

What's the solution for this?

Hi @bank_ps thanks for your post. Does anyone have access to the account at this time? For anyone having trouble resetting their password, I would recommend checking out the steps on this page: https://knowledge.hubspot.com/articles/kcs_article/account/why-can-t-i-log-into-hubspot

If those steps don't resolve, you can submit the form at the bottom of the page.

Its actually a typo mistake in the email it should be -ps.support@saraffglobal.com  not ps.support@saraffgobal.com 

is it possible to change the super admin email?(other team member are not admin so they don't have the permission )

i can't add or edit any other user because i'm not the admin. all the options are greyed out.

@jvivanco you can post by clicking into a forum (marketing, sales, etc), selecting a board within the forum and then clicking the orange button 'create post'.

When you are seeing the 'super admin' message, what user are you logged in as? Can you please confirm that no users are able to add new users? 

Additionally, do you mind confirming what the correct email address is for the admin? I see that currently the admin is associated with ps.support@saraffgobal.com. What is the correct email?

I can't manage or edit adim'n account from any other account.

The correct email for admin is: ps.support@saraffglobal.com.

Now i see new user with admin right, but can admin make change to super admin account or remove super admin and change admin to super admin?

Hey @bank_ps, 

The super admin should be able to make the necessary changes to the existing super admin/should be able to make other users super admins.

I Followed all the steps but still super admin is facing logining issue.

Also when reseting password super admin doesn't get any verficiation email.

What else can be done ?
