Me and my mates (3 people) are using Hubspot Free Version and we recently created our account but the super admin can't login or reset password it shows error(see screenshot below)
and other 2 member are not admin so they can't create new user or edit their permission.
The super admin should be able to make the necessary changes to the existing super admin/should be able to make other users super admins.
If you are experiencing anything different please let me know.

@jvivanco you can post by clicking into a forum (marketing, sales, etc), selecting a board within the forum and then clicking the orange button 'create post'.

When you are seeing the 'super admin' message, what user are you logged in as? Can you please confirm that no users are able to add new users?
Additionally, do you mind confirming what the correct email address is for the admin? I see that currently the admin is associated with ps.support@saraffgobal.com. What is the correct email?
