Still receiving "New unassigned email conversation" alert after disabling

SOLVE

I have unchecked the "New unassigned email conversation" box in Settings> Notifications> New unnasigned, but I still continue top receive alerts.

 

Should I be changing another setting elswhere?

SOLVE

Hi @CARios,

 

Can you try disabling all notifications with the slider at the top and re-enabling them? This has helped other users in the past.

 

Additionally, I'd try rechecking the two boxes, saving, then unchecking them, saving again.

 

If that still doesn't solve the issue, I'd recommend reaching out to HubSpot support directly about this buggy behavior.
