Signup Forms like Mailchimp

I´d like to create a signup form here like I did in the Mailchimp. Is it possible using forms + LP? What about Recaptcha confirmation, Confirmation Thank Page and Confirmation Final Mail, GDPR agreement and 2 other opt-in? 

I'm trying to get out of Mailchimp and come to here.

Yes, it is! Here are some resources to get you started

Create forms

Enable CAPTCHA

Add notice and consent information to your HubSpot form or pop-up form

Set up double opt-in for emails (including confirmation page, some features here are restricted to Professional and Enterprise subscriptions)

A final confirmation email could be sent using HubSpot workflows (available in Professional and Enterprise, again).
