I have created a new account, but when I go to Settings, the only sub-menu options I have are:

Users & Teams
We have a former sales & marketing team member whose account I have access to, and his sub-menu is the following:

Contacts & Companies
Conversations
Import & Export
Integrations

Users & Teams
I am asking this again without including our account emails, in case this was the reason it was marked as Spam? How do these sub-menu options become available to me?
