Settings sub-menu is empty

SOLVE

I have created a new account, but when I go to Settings, the only sub-menu options I have are:

Account Defaults

Users & Teams

 

We have a former sales & marketing team member whose account I have access to, and his sub-menu is the following:

Account Defaults

Contacts & Companies

Conversations

Import & Export

Integrations

.

.

.

Users & Teams

 

I am asking this again without including our account emails, in case this was the reason it was marked as Spam? How do these sub-menu options become available to me?

SOLVE

Looks like I was able to resolve this by generating a Testing setup? Anyway, this is all rather difficult to dissect, imo.

And someone on your end linked this Community account to our former sales/marketing account, it should be linked to the new account  I created: mike.
