Setting up email with outlook

I seem to have connected my outlook email to hubspot from hubspots side, but emails sent to my outlook account are not appearing in Hubspot. Is there something I need to set up in my outlook account to make this work?

Hi @BethCox,

Emails are only logged to HubSpot records when they're replies to emails originally sent from HubSpot or the HubSpot Sales extensions. If you're receiving a net new email sent to your email address, it will not show up on a contact record. (This is expected behavior.)
