Im a new hubspot admin, previously familiar with Salesforce. Ive just started to add a new user but when I set her up after she connected her email to hubspot, she can only send emails from my email address...not hers. She also sees every email that Ive recieved. How do i adjust so she is able to send emails from her email address and not mine/admin
Could you confirm that both of you connected your personal inboxes and not by accident a team email channel / conversations inbox? The latter is shared among users while a connected personal inbox is tied to the user's email address.
If this is not it, could you share some more details of where this is occurring (on a contact record?) and potentially screenshots of email composer pop-up in HubSpot, with the incorrect sender address showing?
