Setting log and track at an organizational level

Is it possible to force log and track at an organisational level via admin settings for our sales and customer service teams?

This is not possible at this stage. I'd recommend upvoting this idea in our Ideas Forum requesting the same thing. You can also subscribe to the Idea (Options > Suscribe) to receive a notification if the status changes.
