Set up properties

New to HubSpot and setting up for the first time.

Loaded some clients only with basic information.

I have three types of customers 

Clients

Referer

Vendors

I set up a property with client type and a drop menu with three options with the expectation to be able to set up contacts into the relevant category.

 When going back to contact the property does appear but no drop menu.

CAn you please help what am I doing wrong as I am sure this is a basic feature in all CRM

Hi @Chadme,

I've done something very similar in the past. Happy to help you through this, but I'd say that a screenshare would be the best way to tackle the issue.
