I recently noticed an update to the reply options in Hubspot Inbox which allow you to respond via Email/Call or Chat/Call, however, the option doesn't allow for Email/Chat or Chat/Email. Does anyone know why this is?
@webdew That is correct. The update was reflected in our account about 2 weeks ago. If you are not seeing it in your account, then it might be because of subscription status, but I am not too sure tbh.
