Selecting Reply type in Inbox

I recently noticed an update to the reply options in Hubspot Inbox which allow you to respond via Email/Call or Chat/Call, however, the option doesn't allow for Email/Chat or Chat/Email. Does anyone know why this is?

@webdew That is correct. The update was reflected in our account about 2 weeks ago. If you are not seeing it in your account, then it might be because of subscription status, but I am not too sure tbh.

Hey @nthatcher-airbr , i think I figured this out. This is the new update by HubSpot where you can directly place calls in from inboxes. Its still in private beta so not visble to public. Either you applied for this or may be you are lucky to experience this before most of the users:

@webdew The question was why there is not an Email/Chat or Chat/Email option in the drop-down menu instead of just having an Email/Call or Chat/Call option.
