I have added a second user to my account, but he is unable to get to our shared clients/deals.

Hi Claire.

 

There is a setting in sales under Settings, then users. Click on edit on the user you need to change, and go down to t he sales permissions area. You should see something like this screenshot, and you can make it so they can see/edit other contacts and deals.

I have done that, and he is enable to view and edit every aspect of HubSpot. He is set up as a account and sales administrator, actually.

Hmmm...

That is very strange. Have you called into HubSpot support to have them look at it for you?
