Hello, 

I have a free account, and are wanting to upgrade to the starter customer platform.

This is currently charged at £14/month/seat 

I will be the admin so I need a seat, I also work with a marketing agency, will they need a seat too? As they will need access to edit workflows and set up email campaigns.

Hi @SS011! If your marketing agency is a HubSpot Solutions Partner, you can assign them a FREE Partner Seat! They can provide you an access link that will assign the correct seat automatically.

If they are NOT a Hubspot Solutions Partner, then yes, you do need to pay for a Core Seat to allow them access to workflows and marketing emails.
