Lays is "tagged" to two brands and helps prospect for these 2 brands. I can see that her communication is logging on the contact level properly.
JV is tagged under only one brand. He only works for this one brand but does overlap with Lays however, he cannot see any of her communication on the contacts.
I checked all the settings to ensure JV has view access to all teams but that didn't seem to fix things.
What setting am I missing here? Why can't JV see the logged email communicaiton between Lays and a contact on his end?

It would appear that this is a permissions-based issue. But to get a better idea of what may be happening, are you able to get a screenshot of JV's settings (without their name attached for privacy) and post it here? I'd specifically be curious to see his Contact-based permissions.
