SUPER ADMIN is not available anymore in the company ...needs to change it

Hello .... The person assigned as SuperAdmin for account no longer works for our company and do not have access to his email anymore.
I need to revoke his access and  I am unable to do anything as I do not have his log-in password and am not myself set as Super Admin to make changes...
what can I possibly do?
Nobody that works for us has any admin priviledges for HubSpot and that's a problem.
We need to UPGARDE the HubSpot licenses but I CANT ...

I suggest you ask community managers here in the community. They are the best person to assist you here.
If you can’t reach out to them, then i would like to further suggest you to fill out this form at the end of this article and hubspot support team will reach out to you.

Hello Grant ,   many thanks for the feedback and support .... in fact I did talk to a customer support and he informed he was allowed to procedd with this adjustment ...but anyway ... I will try once again tomorrow morning >>..we notice that was a mistake to keep just 1 person as Super Admin ....we definitely need a back up ...   best regards ...
