I created a user for a team members personal email address but was unable to activate it due to activation link expiring before recieving it (spam filter). This invite and user were removed and a new invite and user were create to a team email.
This account with team email address is activated and works great but I now want to change the account email address to the original personal email address and recieve this error message.
I don't think there is a way to change the account email address. However, there is a way to create a new user with the original email address. Please try the following steps and let me know if it works:
Go back to the login screen and put in the original email address.
Click on forget password and send a set new password request.
Set a new password with the link.
This should set up the user. Please try and let me know.
Thanks for your reply but it doesn't seem to be working. The Original email address user is no longer in the user list and am unable to forget password. Is there another solution?
