Hello Hubspot team,

can you please restore my account Hub ID: 4248371? Please, I really do not want to lose all the data there...

I was a little bit lazy updating my data last two months and now I see my account has been deactivated. 😞 

 

I really like you as HubSpot and don't want to switch to new CRM...

I am no expert and have had accounts for many years. I have an account saved which has not bee actively being used over the last year and received an email stating if I did not use the account it would be deactivated.  

 

At times I have struggled and used the incorrect password.  Try clearing your cooking and trying it again or go to another browser (I used Microsoft Edge as an alternative to Chrome) and see if this helps.

 

If this does not work. I would call sales asap rather than waiting here for an answer.

Gelflex-cc thank you for your answer! Clearing cookies or trying to log in again with another browser, unfortunately, does not work for me. 😞
