Restrict type of files user can upload

I need to restict the types of uploads so they can only upload PDF is there a way to do this if so how?

At the moment there isn't a way to restrict the type of files that a user can upload. In case that you are referring to the files a user can upload for the document tools, then depending on your subscription, there's a usage limit to the number of documents that can be uploaded.
