Restore account deleted due to inactivity?

I had a free account that we used for a volunteer event we do once each year. We were not able to do it in 2020 because of the pandemic, and so didn't access the account for that time. Apparently it's been deleted due to non-use.

Can it be restored... or at least to be able to download the data?

Any help would be appreciated. Losing all the data would be crippling for us to put on this service event going forward.

If you want to recover a deleted account, you have to inform the same to the community through the form.
