Reset Our Accounts

Hello, Could you please reset our accounts (narendra@kemiosolutions.com) and (business@kemiosolutions.com). Unable to utilize any features as I get an error message the account does not exist after logging in. Thanks

Hi @narendrakr,

 

Can you please share the portal ID for the portal you are looking to access? I am not seeing the email addresses you referenced associated with any inactive portals.
