Hey @KKunz it's impossible to really tell without being able to access your machine. However, this would be down to HubSpot not having a recognised cookie on your browser. You may want to check your browsers cookie and shutdown settings. It's possible your IT or security team may also have software which clears these sessions automatically on shutdown too so it would be good to check with them to find out if this is something they can change on their end.

We are having the same issue.
We do not have HS Enterprise so we are not using SSO. We have 2FA enabled for our HS accounts.
The HS Outlook add-in login is expiring too often.
I have been taking screenshots when I notice this occurs (screenshot log attached)
From the log, it looks like the permission expires approximately every 5-7 days. Can this knowledge help us resolve the issues and set a longer expiration period?
We want this permission to persist at least every 30 days and preferably 6 months. It is hard enough to get our team to log incoming messages to the CRM (which is another persistent issue with HubSpot that is not an issue for Salesforce to automatically log incoming email) -- our team is extremely frustrated with the HubSpot Outlook add-in expiring frequently. At the very least, the HubSpot Outlook add-in should notify our users that they are no longer connected.
I tried using the 'Sign in with Microsoft' option, but the permission expired even more frequently than HubSpot email-password sign on.

We have the same issue and our sales team is so fed up with it they often don't login anymore. Prior to about 6 months ago if you checked the remember me box you wouldn't have to login again for at least a few days, now it seems to reset every single day. Is there any way to remedy this?

Same issue, its not a cookie or cache issue. Extremly annoying.
Hubspot needs to look at bugs and and stop trying to create new functions, many simple thing need looking at, Quote templates, adding VAT, Password issues, not being able to clone deals and only quotes ........

Hi did you find a solution to this problem? I have to log in to HS every day, both in the web browser and (separately) in the Outlook plugin. It's really annoying and something HS changed about a year ago causes this. Their support is on about cookies, but according to me it has something to do with login token expiraton length. I don't clear my cookies (and it magically remembers the 2FA stuff, but constantly ask for the password)

Hey @HeyJoe, I would like to apologize for the frustrations, data issues, and business impact this has caused. The more information, screenshots, and details you can provide, the better I can advise on the next steps.

I have this problem at the same time every morning I have to log in again. The problem is it applies to the Gmail plugin as well. It's not a cookie issue it's a HS decision. It's really annoying because my computer is at home so anyone trying to steal into HS needs to 1st break into my front door, then break the login on my computer, then break my Google login, and then finally break into HS. Clearly the security of daily expiring cookies is unnecessary and too much
