Removing the Sole Admin and Assigning Admin to another User

The person who setup Hubspot no longer works at the company and they were the only admin. How can I remove this person and make myself and one other the admins of our account?

Hey @LR as I understand it, HubSpot support/services are not authorised to do this - they need to have this actioned either by the administrator, or have written proof from the former adminstrator that they permit this.

You'd definitely need to log in with the previous employee's account. Add yourself as an admin, log out, and log back in with your account, then delete the previous employee.

Thank you for the reply however unfortuantely the previous employee was let go so we cannot contact them.
