Hi Angela,
i'm having trouble registering a colleague to our new crm - she had previously administered another CRM as test with the same email address. Now she deleted the old crm - we can however still not add her to the new one.
Any solution?

@julianspacebase if you read the message above, you'll see that it is not preventing you from adding a new user to your portal - it is just telling you that since this user has had an account from us in the past, you will not be able to edit their information (such as first name and last name). Only they will be able to change this information themselves by going to their Profile & Preferences page. But you should have no issue adding this person as a user!

Hi @julianspacebase, since one email address can be a user in multiple portals, you should not have any issues with this process. Could you share a screenshot of any error messages you are receing when trying to add this user? -May

thank you - yes, sorry it works.
Didn't see the activate "next" button and only realised the deactivated inputs.
