It appears that some of my account activity feed history (email opens) is missing in one and the other one (the original one opened with my personal gmail) seems to have been reset and all of its history is missing. Is there a way to get it recovered?
I was directed to try that by someone else via chat support but that's not the issue. A portion of my 2019 data is missing. How do I get in touch with Hubspot Support? Is it for paying customers only?

In regards to recovering activity feed entries, I'm not sure if you could do that. Hubspot Support would have to speak to that.
But, I wonder if you've verified that your activity feed filters have been changed. It is possible to turn them all off and then the activity feed appears to have nothing to show. This has caught my users on occassion but is easy to correct. Here's an article explaining what I'm referring to:
