Recipient unable to access embedded links

SOLVE

I've received several responses from contacts who cannot access embedded links in my email messages (i.e., when I include a scheduling link).  Is there information I can provide in order to have such links allowlisted?

Hi @TB3Definiti,

 

Some email clients will "disarm" the links and space characters. This can happen when the email service providers or clients detect tracking links in HubSpot emails.

 

You can turn off sales email tracking by following these steps: Turn off one-to-one email tracking or attachment logging

 

If that doesn't work, it would help to know what your recipients are seeing on their end. Next time, can you ask for a screenshot?
