Recipient of Form Submission

SOLVE

Hello everyone,

we have the case that we want to change our recipient of a form to a general email adress. Unfortunately it seems to force me to place a user in it.

Am I missing something? How can I place an "info@..." adress there?

You would need to create a user with the info@ email address.

This can be a free view-only user if the user won't be actively logging in and this is just for notifications 🙂

Hi @BFlory ,

If switching to a general email address (e.g., info@...) doesn’t add significant value, you could simply remove the user from form notifications altogether.

Alternatively, you have the option to:

  • Create a free "info@yourdomain.com" user in HubSpot with view-only access (this won’t consume a paid seat).

  • Use this account for form notifications instead.

Let me know if you'd like guidance on setting this up!
