Reactivating Account

SOLVE

Hi everyone,

I am trying to reactivate an old account that I let lapse. It has recognised that I have / had an account and when I continue with the account suggested below, I then get greeted with essentially a blank screen. 

Any suggestions would be welcomed and appreciated.

Hi @karstenkoehler , thank you for responding. 

It is showing that I have an account. I am not receiving the "you have no accounts" pop-up your link is referring to.

@MBright if you're not seeing your previously created account and don't have a paid subscription, the form is still your best option.
