New User - Verification email

I´m in the same situation here. Trying to verify accounts and mail Hubspot is not capable to reach inbox. I tried to send mails to that inbox froma other mails and all of them reach inbox. Not hubspot verification email. Is there other solutions?

Resolved- Thank you. What i did? I ask for password resetting and that unlocked the send capabilities of Hubspot.
