I changed my email address in my profile and got confirmation that Hubspot changed my email. However, I am still getting notifications from Hubspot to my old email address. Is there a glitch? Or are there multiple places where I need to update my email address?
Thank you I received your DM! I had a look and I could see that the emails you are receiving are form submissions notifications, which makes me think you may not have changed the email for that. Can you double check if you changed your email in the settings for these notifications by following these steps?
