While trying to set up leads a message error appears on top: "An error ocurred while setting up leads. Please try again later."
According to the website our current plan should have leads available.
Is this something I can do through another setting that might be missing? I already sent a support ticket as well but thought it might be worth asking if someone has seen this too.
Apparently there is an issue with hidden object properties. All we needed to do was go into objects -> properties (from the drop down in "contact-properties" change over to "lead-properties" (the panel on the left won't let you access it) and then verify if there are any archived properties.
Unarchive the properties and it should be available now.
HubSpot support mentioned there was more than 1 case so could be helpful for someone else 😉
Hello, thanks for the response, yes, we have sales seats assigned throughout the team but none of us are able to set it up. I wonder if there is a hidden pre-requisite to be able to set it up.
@JoseBondiPiper in that case I'd recommend reaching out to HubSpot support directly in-app via chat or email. They can check within your portal directly.
