Problem with the picture of the chat

SOLVE

Hi 

I tried to change the picture of the HubBot chat feature but impossible to make appear anything. I tried PNG, JPEG and GIF, 80x80, 300x300px... I don't know what to do. You can see the problem on www.carfleet.ch

Hi @SMaillard,

 

I am not seeing this as an issue on any of our accounts. You should have the option to choose a custom avatar in the Chatflow display section or pull the avatar of your chat users. I have tested pulling in multiple file types and sizes and each one renders appropriately.

 

Screen Shot 2022-01-14 at 11.02.43 AM.png I've also tried this on both free and paid accounts and it works on both, so I don't believe it would be a subscription issue. I'm not sure if this will help, but potentially try clearing your browser cache and uploading again.
