Problem: unable to receive export emails to my administrator addressSOLVE

I have a problem to receive mails from Hubspot when I make an export (companies or contact)
I already put my address in whitelist.
this is the message diplaying when I write my email address:
"We have previously been unable to deliver email to this address. If you want to try again, just click the request button below. You can also use a different email."
Could you help me please?
