After talking to one of the employees of HubSpot i was recommended posting my problem here. For some reason i cannot create tasks. I have tried rebooting, restarting, hard-reset, soft-reset, pretty much everything, but for some reason i keep getting the same error when creating a task.
The solution to this is SO simple - It took me 2 hours to figure it out. 😎😂😡 You must complete the first line - the title for the task! then it all works great. I wish it would tell you what you need to complete. You are completing all that information within the task too!! Please share the solution with Tech Support.
Hey @THoltman-124F thank you for posting in our Community!
Could you please check if you have 'Everything' Tasks permissions? Currently, if a user has only task permission and no edit/create access for other object types it will not be able to create a task.
To create and edit tasks, you must have at least "owned only" permissions on one of the other object types.
@THoltman-124F are other users with the same permissions experiencing this as well? Are you on a paid subscription? If so, reaching out to HubSpot support in-app might be the fastest solution.

are other users with the same permissions experiencing this as well? No i'm the only one experiencing problems. Are you on a paid subscription?Yes i'm on a subscription.
I tried reaching out to the customer portal. They told me to ask for help here 😅
@THoltman-124F HubSpot support can access your portal directly and you share .har files with them. Community members don't have access to your portal and troubleshooting is limited to what I've been doing: Asking hopefully-smart questions.
I know you cannot help me from the forum, but support told me once again to ask it on the forum. I have the feeling i'm being sent from the pillar to the post. Pretty frustrating
The company i work for says so. When i acces account and billing it says: "Unfortunately, you don’t have the right permissions to access this page. Please contact one of your admins to resolve this issue."
The fact i have an admin i think confirms it has to be a paid version right?
