SOLVE

Hello,

 

we have an issue with our admin account. He's not able to sign in, cause the system says email ist not valid. We checked the mail in our account overview. We have no clue why we are not able to sign in. Please help us. Which options do we have?

He is the only one with Admin rights, so this is a big issue.

Hi @TobiasBochat  I was able to get in to your account and grant you administrator access, so you cna make changes if neccesary. 

 

I can't be posititive, but the ä may be causing the issue here. Would it be possible here to set up a new user account without the ä ?
