Permissions Error Message for Creating 1:1 Meeting

SOLVE

Hi HubSpot Community!

I am running into an error with one of my users not being able to create a Meeting Scheduler page. She is a Super Admin with a Core seat and according to my research, Core seats should be able to have one 1:1 meeting link.

When she attempts to set up her meeting, it says that she doesn't have sufficient permissions to do so, despite being a Super Admin. I am also a Super Admin and when I try to set it up on her behalf, I get the same error. See attached screenshot.

I had her go into her Settings > General > Calendar tab and do the following things:

1) Link her Google calendar

2) Check the box next to Calendar Sync

3) Check the box next to Meeting Scheduling Pages

4) Put her calendar in the "Availability Calendars" box

5) Set her meeting URL as "firstname-lastname" (hers)
6) Select meeting domain

7) Make sure Scheduling Pages is not turned off

Can someone assist with why she isn't able to create a Meeting Scheduler? With the calender linked, all of these settings configured, Super Admin permissions, and a Core seat, is there any reason why she isn't entitled to a meeting link?

Let me know if you need more info!

Thanks,
Sarah

Permissions Error Message for Creating 1:1 Meeting

SOLVE

Check HubSpot Subscription Level

- Meeting Scheduler is only available if you have Sales Hub Starter (or higher) or Service Hub Starter (or - higher).
- If your account only has Marketing Hub Starter/Pro (without Sales/Service Hub seats), meetings tool might be restricted.

Verify User’s Seat Assignment
- Go to Settings → Users & Teams.
- Confirm she has a Sales Hub or Service Hub paid seat, not just a Core CRM seat.
- “Core Seat” alone doesn’t unlock the meetings tool.

Calendar Connection
HubSpot requires the user to connect their Google Calendar or Outlook Calendar before creating a meeting link.
If you havn’t connected it:
Go to Settings → General → Calendar → Connect Calendar.

Hi @sarahbecherer,

I'm not seeing a screenshot, can you please try again / upload?

Which HubSpot subscription level are you on?
