When hiring a new or lower-level user to answer phones it is vital to not overwhelm them. My receptionist(s) need access to Playbooks (when answering calls) and Sales Templates (when following up) but unless they have a PAID seat - I can not offer either.

You're right, currently only paid users have access to the full limits of these features. I can definitely see how having a more customizable access permissions could benefit our customers. I found this feature request in our Ideas forum with a somewhat similar use case that you could support by giving it an upvote. Thank you!
