Outlook Integration -hubspot sales

Hi Guys,

 A brief one: I have integrated my email - Outlook- and tested it, and everything is working. However, when I create an email in my Outlook email, I cannot see the Hubspot sales to access Hubspot from my email.

Any reasons for this?

Hi @COGorman0,

Integrating your email in the HubSpot settings simply means that HubSpot is authorized to deliver emails through that connected inbox – it's not equivalent to installing an extension.

You would have to install the extension, too, to access HubSpot sales: https://knowledge.hubspot.com/connected-email/how-to-install-hubspot-sales

Keep in mind that "due to the significant changes introduced by Microsoft as part of the new Outlook for Windows, HubSpot is ending support for the HubSpot Sales Outlook desktop add-in. Instead, it's highly recommended that you instead activate the HubSpot Sales web add-in. Learn more in this HubSpot Community post."
