One issue is that our team has with HubSpot is that it does not save their "preferences." The most recent and specific example is in Outlook. When opening a new email, going to templates or sequences, at the top you have your View options. The frustration is that HubSpot does not save their View preference and every time they go in (which is quite a bit), they have to change the View. While in the grand scheme of things this is minor, all the clicking tends to pile up and we are a bit sensitive to it due to our current CRM which we are trying to get rid of (Dynamics).
Is this just the way it is, or are we missing a way to optimize our Prefences? Thank you in advance!
