Email Signature Generator Issue

Hi there!
 
If you use our free email signature generator tool and are experiencing issue with the way it is rendering on Outlook or Gmail (Distorted image, issues with social icons…) please read the following:
 
Sometimes Outlook, Apple Mail and Gmail release updates that impact our signatures. If your signature doesn't look as expected, here are some steps to try:
  1. Please make sure your browser is up to date.
  2. On mobile: Almost every email signature template will display as expected on both mobile and desktop, with the exception of template 3. If you're using template 3, remove any images (headshot and logo) to ensure an optimized mobile display.
  3. Try using a different web browser to create your signature. Some web browsers don't copy the formatting along with the text and this changes with each update of the browsers.
  4. Some email clients require you to copy the source code vs. the email signature itself for uploading. If your signature isn't displaying properly, try copying and uploading the source code instead.
 
If you are still experiencing rendering issues after following the steps above, please create a community post in this board with the following information: 
  • Screenshot of the issue
  • Is this happening on Outlook or Gmail ? (give the version)
  • If you send the email, does the recipient see the same thing?

  2. Share answers 1-3 above
  3. The more screenshots and details you can provide, the better the Community can assist. 
 
We will investigate all reports and resolve any issues within HubSpot’s control. For matters that are beyond our control (such as how certain email clients render images or html) we will share this feedback with our product team.
